Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day voluntary return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Include all original tags and accessories
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personal care & beauty products (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, plants)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return the original product and place a new order once the return has been approved.
European Union – Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
If your order is shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal:
- Notify us by email within 14 days of delivery
- Return the item in unused condition, with original packaging and tags
Refunds under the EU withdrawal right will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: up to 10 business days
- Banks or payment providers may require additional time to finalize the refund
